Fees

We currently accept the following insurances: Aetna, Oscar, United Healthcare, Oxford and Cigna. We also have the ability to facilitate single case agreements through our partnership with MHC. We also accept cash pay clients per the pricing fee schedule listed below.

Intake Process: $450.00

Our intake can include up to five steps prior to the start of services. An intake is an assessment to determine eligibility, goodness of fit, and clinical needs:

1. Phone Screen: Initial conversation with the provider to explain our services and schedule first appointment (on phone)
2. Initial Interview: Review developmental history of the individual/family and presenting concerns. Obtain a bio-psycho-social profile of the individual, including treatment history and current needs.
3. Documentation and Screening Forms: For children the caregiver completes a group of paper-based checklists about the child/family’s development and current functioning (caregiver completes at home). For older adolescents and adults, you will be asked to complete a group of self-report paper-based checklists about your development and current functioning (completed at home).
4. For younger children: Play-Based Observation of Development and Interaction: An observation of how the child/family plays and interacts with others.
5. All ages: Feedback: summary conversation of clinical impressions, treatment recommendations and feedback on next steps for services 

Ongoing Treatment: $100.00/$200.00

Our sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly or twice per week, depending on treatment needs. Currently we are functioning in a fully virtual manner utilizing a telehealth platform. Sessions can take place at the child’s school and/or in the home if clinically necessary (home/school visits carry an additional $25 transportation fee). Each session is 30-50 minutes in duration. Fees are determined based on the duration (time) of the session.

Consult Only: $50.00

We also provide a 30-minute consult appointment where we gather information such as developmental history in order to provide feedback on further referrals or services that may be needed. The consult fee is $50.00. If services with our Center are recommended, the family then completes steps 2 through 5 of the Intake process, to which their $50.00 fee can be applied.

Autism Evaluations: $1200.00

Autism diagnostic evaluations are conducted virtually or at home/school (additional $25 per visit transportation fee) and consist of the following:

  • The ADOS 2 is our foundational measure

  • Additional measures as needed (I.E., ASRS, CARS, BASC 3, Vineland).

  • Documentation review (I.e., past evaluations, IEPs)

  • Academic collaboration with your child’s school staff

  • Developmental history interview conducted with caregiver

  • Classroom observation

  • Diagnostic feedback session
  • Formal report with diagnostic confirmation and recommendations.


Reiki Services $25.00/$50.00


Basic Session: ​The Basic Reiki Energy Healing session is a 30-minute remote session for general healing and good health. The practitioner taps into the essence of the universal life force and focusses its healing powers on you and your needs. The Reiki practitioner is simply a vessel through which the energy flows. $50.00 per session

2. Animal Session:​ The Animal Reiki Energy Healing is a 15-minute remote session for your furry best friend. One of the most difficult parts of owning a pet is not knowing how to help when they are ill. Animals are extremely receptive to Reiki and are able to obtain optimal effects in a much shorter period of time. $25.00 per session​
